Daniel Varela
I am an Argentine visual artist. I develop my practice in the field of digital art, exploring the relationship between nature, technology, perception, and emotion. My works aim to transform organic forms through digital processes to create images that traverse the sensitive, the poetic, and the contemplative, where emotion becomes an essential element of the visual experience. Through series that combine photography, digital manipulation, and video art, I construct a visual language that moves between abstraction and representation. I am interested in exploring flora, landscapes, and biodiversity as territories of memory, sensitivity, emotion, and transformation, where the image becomes a space for reflection on our relationship with the natural and the technological. My production includes digital works conceived for both Fine Art printing and exhibition on high-resolution digital supports. I have participated in collective exhibitions and international publications, experiences that have accompanied the development of a practice focused on visual experimentation, emotional expression, and the search for new forms of creation within contemporary digital art.
Works that come alive
3 works that come alive
Brought to life keeping the brushwork and colour of the original.
"Rebirth" (Series: Renaissance "Winds of Woman") "The lotus seeds, a symbol of rebirth, evoke the metamorphosis of the feminine figure, which like a flower rising from the water, merges with the cycle of life and renewal. Her hair in the wind, a symbol of freedom and connection with invisible forces, accentuates the fragility of her passage, as if she were about to fade or merge with the surroundings."
